Our shared vision is for an Early Years sector that is high quality, affordable and accessible with professional pay and conditions.

 However, low pay is undermining this.

 Early Years Professionals are struggling to make ends meet, forcing many to leave a job they love. Providers are dealing with a staffing crisis as they struggle to recruit and retain staff. It is well known that high levels of staff turnover undermines the quality of services for children.

 Everyone is getting a raw deal, but together we are changing things for the better.
