We secured government funding for better pay, but our work is not done yet. NOW we need to focus on the next round of talks.

By building a stronger union, we can strengthen our hand at the next round of pay talks and secure more government funding to improve our sector.

Just like teachers and nurses, we need a strong union to fight for the recognition, pay and conditions we deserve. The stronger our union, the more we can achieve.
